Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched for delivery. Once an order is "Out for Delivery," it cannot be cancelled. To cancel, please use the button in "My Orders" or contact us immediately at +91 70065 06721.
Return Eligibility
Products can be returned or exchanged if they are damaged, expired, or not as described. It must be reported within 2 hours of delivery. Once we receive it, we will replace it within 2 hours.
How to Request a Return
Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or phone at +91 70065 06721 with your order number and photos of the issue. Our team will verify and process your request.
Refund Process
Once approved, refunds will be credited within 2-3 business days. For COD orders, refunds will be provided in the form of store credit or cash on your next order.
